What an add-on is, and isn’t

An add-on is scoped work with a defined deliverable and an end state. A tier is capacity held open continuously. Paid once, an add-on carries no commitment and may be purchased again. Paid monthly, it is a 12-month term at the lower rate, and that commitment exists only because you chose it.

An add-on is never a missing piece of a plan. A plan moves your business forward from today; an add-on repairs something that was already broken behind it. Paid once, the job is complete when the deliverable lands, buy it again whenever it is needed, with no commitment in between. Paid monthly, the same work continues month after month for a 12-month term at a lower rate; that term is the one commitment an add-on ever carries, and it is there because you chose it. If what you actually need is ongoing publishing and growth, we will say so and point you at the plans instead of selling you the wrong thing.

Common Questions

An add-on is scoped work with a defined deliverable and an end state. A tier is capacity held open continuously. Paid once, an add-on carries no commitment and may be purchased again. Paid monthly, it is a 12-month term at the lower rate, and that commitment exists only because you chose it. Scoped work repairs something that is already wrong, a profile set up badly, scattered listings, missing tracking, and reaches its end state. Monthly work (an Axori plan) publishes, answers, and compounds week after week.
They answer different problems, and an honest shop tells you which one you have. If something behind your marketing is broken, the profile, the listings, the tracking, a scoped fix repairs it and reaches its end state. If you want to be found for more searches every month, that takes ongoing publishing, and that is a plan, not an add-on. Many businesses need the fix first, then the plan does its work on clean ground.
Paid once, the job reaches its end state and you owe nothing further; buy it again whenever it is needed. Monthly, the recommended path where both modes exist, is the same work carried on every month at a lower rate on a 12-month term, because what Google reads changes between visits: Google Business Profile Optimization is $150 per month per profile ($1,800 over the term), Website Optimization $250 per month ($3,000 over the term), Citation & NAP Cleanup $100 per month ($1,200 over the term). Review Reply Management is $450 per month on the term only, and Tracking Setup is paid once only. Nothing is priced by the year.
A profile is not a document you fix once; it is a live listing. Google says it may update your profile from other sources, that customers can add information to it, and that complete and accurate information is what makes a profile more likely to show. Monthly is not that same pass repeated. It is monitoring and correction: the profile is read every month and whatever has moved is put back. Every part of that case is Google’s own published wording. Google: “If sources report that your profile info is incorrect or outdated, Google may update your profile.” (https://support.google.com/business/answer/3480441). Google: “Your Business Profile may be updated based on info from different sources. These updates show on Maps, Search, and other Google services.” (https://support.google.com/business/answer/3480441). Google: “Users who contribute factual information (such as addresses and phone numbers), and content (such as photos and reviews)” (https://support.google.com/business/answer/2721884). Google: “Businesses with complete and accurate info are more likely to show up in local search results.” (https://support.google.com/business/answer/7091). Google: “To better match the ways the people search for businesses, attributes name may change over time.” (https://support.google.com/business/answer/9049526). Google: “The categories you select affect your local ranking on Google.” (https://support.google.com/business/answer/7249669). What we do not claim: nothing about Google’s ranking systems beyond what Google publishes. $150 per month per profile on a 12-month term ($1,800 over the term); paid once, $450 per profile.
Google reads a website continuously, not once. Google says it must constantly look for new and updated pages, that indexing is not guaranteed, and its own advice is to check Search Console about once a month or whenever the site changes. Monthly, the site is re-audited and the fixes applied every month, with what Search Console reports as the checklist. Google: “Google must constantly look for new and updated pages and add them to its list of known pages.” (https://developers.google.com/search/docs/fundamentals/how-search-works). Google: “Indexing isn't guaranteed; not every page that Google processes will be indexed.” (https://developers.google.com/search/docs/fundamentals/how-search-works). Google: “you might want to check your account around once every month, or when you make changes to the site's content, to make sure the data is stable.” (https://developers.google.com/search/docs/monitor-debug/search-console-start). Google: “If new issues are found by Google on your site, you'll receive an email from Search Console alerting you.” (https://developers.google.com/search/docs/monitor-debug/search-console-start). $250 per month on a 12-month term ($3,000 over the term); paid once, $750, or $500 on a closed platform.
Google says a profile is compiled from a variety of sources, including licensed data from third parties, and that it can detect category information from your website and from mentions about your business throughout the web. Monthly, listings are re-checked and corrections re-submitted every month, so the name, address and phone your business publishes stay consistent everywhere we can reach. Google: “Licensed data from third parties” (https://support.google.com/business/answer/2721884). Google: “Google can also detect category information from your website and from mentions about your business throughout the web.” (https://support.google.com/business/answer/3038177). Google: “Your name should reflect your business's real-world name, as used consistently on your storefront, website, stationery, and as known to customers.” (https://support.google.com/business/answer/3038177). Google: “If your business info isn't accurate, your Business Profile might not show up for relevant searches in your area.” (https://support.google.com/business/answer/7091). $100 per month on a 12-month term ($1,200 over the term); paid once, $400.
Yes, and the timing is stated before you pay: a monthly add-on is a 12-month term, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term, and there are no refunds. After the term it continues one month at a time at the same rate and can be ended at the close of any paid month. We email you before the term ends so nothing continues without your knowing.
The count is what you purchase: $400 covers up to 50 unanswered reviews, $900 covers 51 to 150, $1,500 covers 151 to 300, and above 300 is quoted. Replies are written newest first and post over several days on purpose; Google says it reviews replies against its content policies and that moderation can take up to 30 days (https://support.google.com/business/answer/3474050). If your backlog is larger than the tier you bought, choose the next tier, or for more than 300 email maxx@axori.ai with your count for a written quote; reviews beyond your count are not replied to. Paid once, no commitment, and it may be purchased again if the backlog ever returns.
A managed service is ongoing work that publishes on a cadence. It has no term: cancel any time, and the service runs to the end of the paid period. An add-on is scoped work with a defined deliverable and an end state. A tier is capacity held open continuously. Paid once, an add-on carries no commitment and may be purchased again. Paid monthly, it is a 12-month term at the lower rate, and that commitment exists only because you chose it. Every card on this page says which of the two it is.
