Scoped projects on your Google presence: a defined deliverable and an end state. Paid once with no commitment, or monthly on a 12-month term at the lower rate.
Google Business Profile Optimization
$150 per month per profileRecommended · 12-month term, $1,800 over the term · or $450 paid once per profile, no commitment
Recommended: monthly. A profile is not a document you fix once; it is a live listing. Google says it may update your profile from other sources, that customers can add information to it, and that complete and accurate information is what makes a profile more likely to show. Monthly is not that same pass repeated. It is monitoring and correction: the profile is read every month and whatever has moved is put back. $150 per month on a 12-month term ($1,800 over the term). No refunds. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term.
Paid once ($450 per profile): one full corrective pass, accurate on the day it is delivered. After that the listing keeps moving. Google says it gathers information from different sources and may update a profile when sources report its information is outdated, that anyone who does not own a profile can suggest an edit to it, and that attribute names change over time. Your own hours, services, links and prices change as the business changes. This is the right choice for a listing that does not move much, or for a single cleanup, and it is bought again when the listing has moved.
More than one location? Optimization is per profile: each location’s Google Business Profile gets its own full pass, and locations that share one website are covered by that one website. Through October 31, Trick or Rank makes your first profile optimization free. Delivered after your second monthly payment clears. One per business. See terms.
Google says complete, accurate profiles are more likely to show in local results, and inaccurate ones can miss the searches they should win.
Google Business Profile optimization, done right: your business name checked against Google’s naming rules, the description rewritten from your real business, not a template, categories corrected, dead links replaced with live ones, services and attributes filled in the way Google actually reads them.
Scoped work with a defined deliverable and an end state, and a project a growing business may buy again, quarterly if it wants. It does not include Google posts, review responses, photos over time, or ongoing management, that is what Axori plans do.
Timeline: Finished about 3 business days after you grant profile access.
How access works: Step one after payment is an email: a Google Manager invite for your profile. Work starts the moment access lands.
Which plan is this for: any Axori plan, Spark Lite and up. Compare the plans.
$250 per monthRecommended · 12-month term, $3,000 over the term · or $750 paid once, no commitment · or $500 once on closed platforms
Recommended: monthly. Google reads a website continuously, not once. Google says it must constantly look for new and updated pages, that indexing is not guaranteed, and its own advice is to check Search Console about once a month or whenever the site changes. Monthly, the site is re-audited and the fixes applied every month, with what Search Console reports as the checklist. $250 per month on a 12-month term ($3,000 over the term). No refunds. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term.
Paid once ($750, or $500 on closed platforms): the same full pass, finished, no commitment.
Google reads your titles, headings and links to decide what each page is about and where it belongs; the right words in the right places are what get a page found.
A full website SEO audit, and then, unlike an audit service that hands you a PDF, the fixes applied: titles, headings, page copy, structure, the things Google reads first. This goes far beyond the free instant audit: a human deep-pass with fixes applied.
Optimization improves the site you have. A build replaces it. If your site’s bones are wrong, we will say so before taking your $750.
If your website platform is a closed system we cannot log into and edit directly, the project delivers less, a full fix list with exact replacement copy for you or your vendor to apply, and costs less: $500. You will know which mode you are in before you pay a dollar.
Timeline: Fixes applied within 5 business days of site access.
How access works: Step one after payment is an email requesting site credentials (or your CMS invite). Work starts the moment access lands.

$100 per monthRecommended · 12-month term, $1,200 over the term · or $400 paid once, no commitment
Recommended: monthly. Google says a profile is compiled from a variety of sources, including licensed data from third parties, and that it can detect category information from your website and from mentions about your business throughout the web. Monthly, listings are re-checked and corrections re-submitted every month, so the name, address and phone your business publishes stay consistent everywhere we can reach. $100 per month on a 12-month term ($1,200 over the term). No refunds. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term.
Paid once ($400): the same full pass, finished, no commitment.
Google says inaccurate business information can keep a profile out of relevant local searches. A wrong number on a directory also sends a real customer to a dead line.
A local citation service with one job: every listing of your business says the same true thing. We standardize your name, address, and phone across the directories that matter, and hunt down the old addresses, dead phone numbers, and former business names still confusing Google and your customers. The mess is usually the history, that is exactly what we ask about before we start.
The end state, honestly stated: directories verify on their own clock, which is why this project’s finish line is a ~day-30 report, not a same-week screenshot.
Timeline: Corrections submitted within 3 business days; directories then take 2–4 weeks to verify. We re-check at week 2 and week 4, and your final report lands around day 30.
How access works: Step one after payment is an email confirming the one true name, address, and phone we standardize on.
Which plan is this for: any Axori plan, Spark Lite and up. Compare the plans.
$450 per month12-month term, $5,400 over the term; no refunds; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term
People read how a business answers its reviews before they choose it, and Google’s own guidance says helpful replies help a profile stand out.
Every new 4 or 5 star Google review your business receives gets a human-quality reply written to that review: specific to what the customer said, warm, brief, and never a template. The same variety and never-repeat discipline that runs our blog and caption engines runs here, so no two replies open the same way. A review under 4 stars is never answered for you: it is flagged to you right away, with a suggested reply you can use or ignore.
This is ongoing scoped work. The deliverable is a human-quality reply to every new 4 or 5 star Google review, written to that review, within one business day (a review under 4 stars is never answered for you: it is flagged to you with a suggested reply); the end state is every new 4 and 5 star review answered, and every lower review in your hands with a suggested reply. $450 per month on a 12-month term: $5,400 over the term. No refunds. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. After the term it continues one month at a time at the same rate and can be ended at the close of any paid month.
What you own afterward: every reply is posted from your own profile, under your name, and stays there if you stop.
Timeline: Each new 4 or 5 star review answered within one business day, from the day the service opens for your profile.
How access works: Step one after payment is an email: a Google Manager invite for your profile. Replies start the moment access lands and the service is open.
Which plan is this for: any Axori plan, Spark Lite and up. Compare the plans.
from $400paid once per clearance, priced by the count you purchase
An unanswered review is a public question, and every future customer reads the answer or the silence.
The backlog clearance writes a human-quality reply to every unanswered review already on your profile, up to the count you purchase, newest first, each one specific to what that customer said, with the same never-repeat discipline.
$400, up to 50 reviews
$900, 51 to 150 reviews
$1,500, 151 to 300 reviews
Quoted, above 300 reviews
Each tier buys replies to up to 50 reviews, newest first. Replies post over several days on purpose. If your backlog is larger, choose the next tier or ask for a quote; reviews beyond your count are not replied to.
Scoped work with a defined deliverable and an end state: when the last reply posts, the job is complete. Buy it again if the backlog ever returns. Paid once, no commitment.
What you own afterward: the replies are posted from your own profile and stay there; nothing recurs unless you buy it again.
Timeline: Up to 50 replies finished within 5 business days of profile access; 51 to 150 within 15; 151 to 300 within 30. Replies post over several days on purpose.
How access works: Step one after payment is an email: a Google Manager invite for your profile.

Above 300 reviews the clearance is quoted: email maxx@axori.ai with your review count before buying, and the quote comes back in writing.

Tracking Setup, Google Analytics 4 & Search Console
$300paid once
Search Console and Google Analytics 4 are Google’s free record of which searches bring visitors and what they do next, and they only count from the day they are installed.
We set up Google’s own free measurement tools, Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, on your site, in YOUR Google account, wire up 3–5 conversion events, verify they fire, and hand you the keys. One-time setup of Google’s tools. This is not the Axori dashboard, that comes with Axori plans.
Timeline: Live within 2 business days of access; verified firing 48 hours after.
How access works: Step one after payment is an email: a Google account invite so the tools land in YOUR account, not ours.
Which plan is this for: any Axori plan, Spark Lite and up. Compare the plans.
A Google Business Profile optimization is $450 per profile at Axori: the name checked against Google’s naming rules, the description rewritten from your real business, categories corrected, dead links replaced, services and attributes filled in properly. It is scoped work with a defined deliverable and an end state, it does not include Google posts, review responses, photos over time, or ongoing management, that is what Axori plans do. Paid once it may be purchased again with no commitment; monthly, the recommended path, it is $150 per month per profile on a 12-month term ($1,800 over the term) for the profile checked and corrected every month. More than one location? Optimization is per profile: each location’s Google Business Profile gets its own full pass, and locations that share one website are covered by that one website.
Google gives no fixed schedule; its guidance is to keep the profile complete, accurate and up to date, including special hours. Google also says it may update a profile itself when other sources report a change, and that attribute names change over time, so a profile drifts without the owner touching it. That is why Axori recommends monthly: $150 per month on a 12-month term ($1,800 over the term) for the profile checked and corrected every month. Paid once it is a $450 scoped project that may be purchased again.
Google does not list the description among its local ranking factors, which it states are relevance, distance and prominence. The description is for customers: Google allows up to 750 characters, no links, and asks that it describe the business rather than promotions or prices. A clear description helps a person decide; complete and accurate profile information is what Google says makes a profile more likely to show.
Google’s guidelines say the profile name must be the business’s real-world name as used on signage and branding. Marketing taglines, service or product keywords, location information and phone numbers are not permitted in the name, and Google states that including unnecessary information in the name could result in the suspension of the profile. A suspended profile cannot be seen by the public or managed by its owners until it is reinstated.
Google states that the categories you select affect your local ranking. Its guidance is to choose the most specific primary category that describes the core business, to use as few additional categories as possible, and never to add a category for every product or service or to use categories as keywords. The primary category is the one that decides which searches the profile can appear in.
An audit is a report: it checks title and heading quality, whether internal links are crawlable, what Google has indexed, whether structured data is valid, Core Web Vitals from real visitors, mobile parity and HTTPS, using Google’s own tools. Google only reacts to the page it crawls, so an audit changes nothing until the fixes are applied. Axori’s Website Optimization is the audit with the fixes applied for $750 on a site we can edit directly, or $500 as a full fix list with exact replacement copy on a closed platform.
Yes, within limits Google states plainly. Core Web Vitals are used by Google’s ranking systems, and Google recommends good scores for success with Search: Largest Contentful Paint within 2.5 seconds, Interaction to Next Paint under 200 milliseconds, Cumulative Layout Shift under 0.1, measured at the 75th percentile of real visits. Google also says that Search always seeks to show the most relevant content even when the page experience is sub-par, so good scores do not guarantee rankings.
Google’s own answer: some changes take effect in a few hours, others can take several months, and recrawling a changed page takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Google suggests waiting a few weeks before judging a change. Axori applies fixes within 5 business days of site access; what Google does with them follows Google’s clock.
NAP is your business name, address and phone number. Consistency means they appear identically everywhere the business is listed. Google’s guidelines ask that a business be represented the way it is consistently represented in the real world, with a local phone number that connects to the location, and Google states that inaccurate information can keep a profile out of relevant local searches. Duplicate profiles violate Google’s policy and are hidden from Search and Maps.
A citation and NAP cleanup standardizes your name, address, and phone across the directories that matter, then hunts down the old addresses and numbers still floating around. At Axori it is a $400 project: corrections submitted within 3 business days, directories take 2–4 weeks to verify, re-checked at week 2 and week 4, final report around day 30. It may be purchased again if the mess returns.
Each platform reviews changes on its own clock, in its own words: Yelp evaluates business updates typically within 24 to 48 hours and checks them against other websites; Foursquare says a few days to propagate; Apple reviews suggested changes in up to five business days; Google says profile edits usually take minutes but sometimes up to 30 days; the Data Axle aggregator can take up to two weeks and feeds many publishers on a monthly schedule. A correction therefore travels aggregator to publisher to each directory’s review queue, which is why a wrong number can persist for weeks after it is fixed at the source.
The tools are free: Google describes Search Console as a free service and offers Google Analytics free of charge. What is billed is the setup. At Axori it is $300: GA4 and Search Console installed in YOUR Google account, 3–5 key events wired and verified, keys handed to you. It is not a dashboard subscription and it is not ongoing reporting; the tools are Google’s and the account is yours.
Search Console shows what happens on Google before the click: which search queries show your site, impressions, clicks, average position, what Google has indexed, and Core Web Vitals from real visitors. Google Analytics 4 shows what happens after the click: sessions, where they came from, engagement, and key events such as calls, forms and bookings, with attribution across the path. A key event in GA4 can become a Google Ads conversion, and Google Ads Smart Bidding requires conversion tracking to run.
Google defines an Analytics account as data owned by a single legal entity, so the business should hold the Administrator role in its own account rather than an agency holding it. Neither tool looks backward: Google Analytics only collects from pages carrying its tag from the day it is installed, and Search Console begins collecting when the property is added, taking a few days to accrue. Key events added later do not apply to historical data. Installing first is what makes every later decision measurable.
Because customers read the replies. A reply is the only part of a review the business controls, and it is read by everyone who considers the business afterward, not just the person who wrote it. Google’s own local ranking guidance says positive reviews and helpful replies can help a business stand out, and Google encourages businesses to respond to reviews. Answering a positive review shows the customer they were heard; answering a critical review calmly shows how the business handles a problem, which is what a new customer is really checking.
Google states that more reviews and positive ratings can help a business’s local ranking and that helpful replies help it stand out; complete, accurate information is what makes a profile more likely to show. A reply does not change a star rating, but an actively managed profile signals a real, engaged business. At Axori this is Review Reply Management: $450 per month on a 12-month term, $5,400 over the term, with no refunds; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term.
Calmly, specifically, and once. Acknowledge what the customer said, do not argue or explain it away, and invite them to a direct conversation to put it right. The reply is read by every future customer, so its job is to show how the business handles a problem, not to win the exchange. Axori’s review replies follow that rule mechanically: critical reviews are acknowledged and invited to a direct conversation, never argued with, and no two replies open the same way.
